"The Gore Mansion Museum"

We Partnered With The Gore Mansion Estate To Capture The Grand Aesthetic Of The Museum Using Wide Angle Lenses And Low Angle Tilts To Psychologically Increase The Perception Of Grandness. We Used Contrasting Colors To Create TheColor Separation And A Rich Density That The Brain Associates With Longevity, Heritage, And Prestige. A Classic Example Of How Color Grading Dictates The Viewers Mood And Why You Must Understand Why You're Conveying To Properly Market.

The Grand Masquerade
Snowport Boston: The Winter Scoop

A Prestigious Cancer Society Entrusted Us To Capture The Mood Of Their Fundraiser At A Beautiful Victorian Style Country Club. We Leaned Into Their Vision For A Short And Sweet, Moody, and Mysterious Aesthetic. We Particularly Enjoyed The Grandness the Cathedral Ceilings And Pewter Chandeliers Added To The Scene And We Used Low Angles To Highlight Specifics Like Grand French Doors. We Coupled This With Extensive Sound Design For A Sensory Overload Type Of Edit. The Final Touch Is The Psychology Of Eye Trace. By Matching Scenes Together Where The Subject Is In The Last Place The Previous Scenes Ended It Allows The Viewer To Not Have To Move Their Eye Path.

This Project Highlights Clean Neutral Color Balance. We Used A Bright Exposure To Convey Happiness And Simulate The Dopamine Hit You'd Get From Eating A Tasteful Scoop Of Ice Cream. For The Colors We Used Subtractive Saturation Which Adds A Richness As Well As Density To Each Color. We Made Changes To HSL Curves So The Color Changes In Saturation As It Changes Luminance
